New regions have been added to the [POPs API](https://www.fastly.com/documentation/reference/api/utils/pops/) and the [historical stats API](https://www.fastly.com/documentation/reference/api/metrics-stats/historical-stats/#query-options-time-range-sampling-rate-and-regions).

They are:

- `mexico` for stats
- `Mexico` for billing
- `MX-North`, `MX-Central`, and `MX-South` for geographical location
