HTTPS logging configuration now supports [a `period` parameter](https://www.fastly.com/documentation/reference/api/logging/https/) that controls how frequently, in seconds, log files are finalized and sent to the HTTPS endpoint. A value of `0` is equivalent to the default of `5` seconds.
