The [Next-Gen WAF Rules](https://www.fastly.com/documentation/reference/api/ngwaf/rules/) and [Next-Gen WAF Signals](https://www.fastly.com/documentation/reference/api/ngwaf/signals/) APIs now include a `created_by` field in responses, identifying the email of the user who created the rule or signal.
