fastly integration jiraissue create

Create a Jira Issue notification integration.

Syntax

$ fastly integration jiraissue create --name=NAME --base-url=BASE-URL --username=USERNAME --api-token=API-TOKEN --project-key=PROJECT-KEY --issue-type=ISSUE-TYPE
