As soon as we engaged Fastly, we had our own dedicated support engineer there. Fastly has definitely raised the bar in terms of support, and other providers have not been able to meet that level of service. We couldn’t be much happier with the service we’ve gotten.
We really like the Fastly support team. They’re very technical and knowledgeable, and we find there’s no back-and-forth for getting an issue resolved. They immediately get what the issue is and resolve it quickly.

One of the cherries on top for us is the way we can get instant support from Fastly engineers using an IRC channel. Just being able to jump in there, quickly chat with someone and say ‘Hey, I’m trying to do this, do you have any advice,’ that has been great.
